  • Return of item

    Due to the unknown nature and volume of send in's, return postage will be calculated and advised within 7-10 days of the event.

     

    Postage cost can be paid by Paypal or bacs (details will be provided) and once payment received, items will returned to sender.

  • Guest cancellation

    If a guest cancels or fails to attend the event, your costs will be refunded less any bank charges/fees within 7 days of the event.

  • Liability

    All items are sent in at the owners own risk.  Whilst 237 Signings will make every attempt to care for and look after your items, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in transit or at the event.
